December 6, 2024 at 11:19 pmI came in with my 93-year-old mother yesterday, December 5 around 1:30 pm to get a mother/daughter side-by-side manicure. Mom doesn’t like color so had clear polish put on. I chose a color so my manicurist did the base layer, clear layer, and another color layer. I sat under the hand dryer for 30 minutes and the polish never dried. It stayed sticky until I went to bed as I was still peeling off the nail polish. I am very disappointed that I paid for this and even gave 20% tip which I should have only given for mom’s service.
I will still bring mom in when I visit from Sausalito once a month but I am hoping to receive a credit for the bad work I was given.

December 7, 2024 at 10:07 amSarah is amazing!!!! I went in for a dip powder manicure. Sarah is skilled and attentive, she maliciously snapped and polished my nails to perfection. She really took her time to buff away an imperfections and made sure I was happy with the shape, length and color. Her attention to detail really elevated my experience, I can’t stop admiring my nails. Thank you Sarah!
